The eye color of an owl helps to indicate their type of species as well as the time of day he likes to hunt.
The Purpose of Each Color
Owls with dark brown or black eyes like to hunt at night. They can hunt in total darkness because of their ability to be completely camouflaged. Owls with orange eyes prefer to hunt in the early morning. Owls with yellow eyes prefer to hunt during the daytime. Owls with yellow eyes have amazing eyesight but rely on their sense of hearing to hunt. (Intobirds.com)
Carefully Designed
Isaiah 43:7 reminds us, “Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”
Like animals, we have been carefully designed and given features to tell a story as well as thrive in different ways.
As an owl would lean into a particular time of day to hunt, consider your strengths and don’t fight against them.
