Massive Volcano Eruption
Plumes of ash rise from the forest after a massive volcano eruption on Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii, on May 3, 2018. The eruption also reshaped the island, forming a new black sand beach and even a short-lived baby island off its coast. It officially ranks as one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the United States. (National Geographic).
Without Volcanic Activity There Would be No Hawaii
Without volcanic activity, there would be no Hawaii. I cannot imagine the world without this beautiful and breathtaking collection of islands. From one vantage point things might look destructive, overwhelming, consuming, and dangerous; like lava from an erupting volcano.
However, a second look shows us that significant meaning and purpose can be created in the most extreme conditions.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).
