Words Have Power
The words we say to ourselves are powerful. What if we allow ourselves success by reprogramming our thoughts?
In the past, we have been taught to eliminate the word “perfect” from our vocabulary. However, I am realizing that it is exactly the word that needs to be included in the things I tell myself each day. What is perfect for me is not the same as someone else.
Maybe “Perfect” is the high energy way of saying, personalized.
Each area of life needs to focus on the positive. Rather than saying, “I need to work out more”, start saying, “I work out the perfect amount for my body”. It is much more efficient to speak positively to yourself and treat yourself with kindness. Being harsh and critical does not serve a long-term purpose to increase motivation. The more you say this, and start to believe it with every part of you, it is almost impossible to not act in a way that makes the statement true.
Examples of What to Say

Resources: I find the perfect resources, and they appear exactly when I need them.
Job: I am filled with the perfect amount of gratitude and energy during the day.
Conflict: I have found the perfect solution.

Learning: I learned the perfect amount today.
Travel: I plan the perfect vacation for my life.

Affirmations are Key
The use of regular affirmations is key to becoming the best version of yourself. It is not okay to put yourself down or be critical of what you are not doing. People are more motivated to increase their potential when they feel appreciated and complimented.
Thoughts become things. What you think you become.
